HUD NSP2 Grant Will Help NHTCDF and Partners Stabilize Historic DC Neighborhood

HUD recently awarded a grant of $10.6 million to the National Housing Trust Community Development Fund for the purpose of stabilizing the Marshall Heights community, an historic, transit-connected Washington, D.C. neighborhood that has been negatively affected by foreclosures, vacancies, abandonment, and the withdrawal of public and private capital and credit.

NHT Submits Recommendations for Implementing the GSEs' Duty to Serve Affordable Housing Preservation
